Please bring back the original Nivea Soft!
The new vegan formula of Nivea Soft feels like a completely different product vs. the original version. I have found the new formula highly irritating for my sensitive skin and completely unusable. In recent years I had trouble with eczema on my face and, after trying many alternative brands including those prescribed by my doctor, the original Nivea Soft was the only product that truly calmed it down. I am really worried what will happen to my skin when my supply of the original formula runs out. Nivea Soft has been a staple skincare product of mine for many years but I will need to look to alternative brands in the future to find something compatible with my skin. Beiersdorf, please please please bring back your original Nivea Soft formula as soon as possible!

Hate the new formula
The old formula was perfect , literally the best ever. Would have used it for the rest of my life. It used to melt into my skin and moisturise my skin perfectly. This new formula just sits on your skin, and if anything makes your skin feel like tighter and dryer. All my friends have said the exact same thing. So annoying because the old one was so great. I literally don’t understand why you changed it?? No one cares that the new one is vegan.

Saved my skin!
My face was so dry, and felt rough, due to the winter weather coming in and no moisturiser or serum I was using seemed to be doing anything, or only very little. I have used Nivea soft yearss ago, and loved it, it worked so well for me, so I thought I'd give it ago again (price was what put me off for quite a while as I thought it was a little high, usually would get the 500ml). I'm so glad I did, my face is back to being soft and smooth and hydrated! No more dryness, itchiness, or flakiness. I'm so, so happy, I could cry. I noticed the formula has changed to a vegan one now - I personally don't seem much difference in effectiveness, it still works as good as it did when I used it years ago. I will say the thickness seems to be a bit thinner, but for it to work as well as it does, I can live with that lol
